What an individual account request does
After verification and processing, the individual user can no longer sign in. Active device sessions and push-notification registrations are removed or deactivated, and personal profile information and preferences are deleted or de-identified where permitted.
What is not automatically deleted
MAUDE is a business platform. Deleting an individual login does not automatically delete the organisation’s tenant or valid business records such as customers, leads, orders, invoices, delivery history, payment records, commission statements, audit trails or content created by other authorised users.
Those records may be controlled by the organisation and may need to remain for contract performance, bookkeeping, tax, fraud prevention, warranty, dispute resolution or other legal purposes. Information retained for those reasons will be limited, access restricted and deleted or de-identified when the retention purpose ends.
Verification and timing
6 Five AB may ask for proportionate information to verify the requester and the relevant account. A valid request will normally be completed within one month. Additional time may be needed for complex requests, multiple controllers or legal review, and the requester will be informed if an extension applies.
Before submitting
- Save documents or information that you are entitled to keep.
- Transfer administrative responsibility if you are the only administrator.
- Notify your organisation where appropriate.
- Understand that completed deletion may be irreversible.
