We may collect contact details, company details, account information, showroom usage data, uploaded assets, creator submissions, partner access activity and technical information needed to run the service.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to provide the Styleset showroom experience, process signup and billing, manage access, support creator workflows, improve product performance and keep the platform secure.

3. Creator and partner workflows

When creators, partners or invited users upload, preview, download, comment or chat around assets, their activity may be stored so the brand team can review submissions, approvals and communication history.

4. Payments

Payments and payment-method collection are handled through the existing checkout and payment provider flow. Styleset does not need to expose full card details inside the showroom interface.

5. Data sharing

We only share data where needed to operate the service, process payments, provide hosting, deliver email/notifications, comply with law or support the customer’s requested workflows.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve support questions or preserve customer records. Brand assets and submissions are managed by the customer workspace owner.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data. Workspace owners can also manage invited users, creator profiles and partner access.
