These business-to-business terms govern retailer access, wholesale ordering and related services supplied by 6 Five AB through This Found.
01 / Business relationship
This Found is a business-to-business wholesale service. Retailer accounts are reviewed and approved individually. The applicant confirms that the information provided is accurate and that the person using the account is authorised to act for the company or store. Access, brands, assortments, prices, discounts and minimum quantities may be account- and market-specific.
02 / Orders
The customer must review products, quantities, delivery details and account terms before submitting an order. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. 6 Five AB may reject or adjust an order because of availability, minimum quantities, credit, compliance, delivery restrictions or obvious errors. The accepted order confirmation and invoice take precedence.
03 / Prices & tax
Unless stated otherwise, wholesale prices exclude VAT, duties, delivery and other applicable charges. Current account pricing shown at final order review takes precedence over previous orders, printed material, cached information or informal quotations.
04 / Payment
Approved business customers in Sweden, Denmark and Norway may be granted 30 calendar days from the invoice date after a successful credit assessment. A credit limit or payment term may be reduced, suspended or withdrawn if circumstances change or an invoice is overdue. Customers in all other countries are prepaid unless 6 Five AB agrees otherwise in writing. Late payment may result in statutory interest, collection costs, suspended deliveries and account restrictions.
05 / Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding. Partial delivery may be used where reasonable. Risk passes according to the delivery term stated in the accepted order or invoice. The customer must inspect deliveries promptly and report visible transport damage, shortages or incorrect goods without undue delay.
06 / Returns & claims
Business purchases do not carry a consumer right of withdrawal. Returns require written approval and must follow the instructions provided. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods must be documented promptly. Custom, opened, used, discontinued or saleable-condition-sensitive goods may be excluded from return except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
07 / Accounts & content
Users must protect credentials, use the service lawfully and respect intellectual property, confidentiality and partner-material restrictions. Retailer access and Media Bank permissions may not be shared outside the approved organisation. 6 Five AB may suspend access because of security risk, unlawful use, material breach or overdue undisputed payment.
08 / Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, 6 Five AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or, for continuing services, the fees paid during the preceding twelve months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
09 / Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be determined by the Swedish courts, with Malmö District Court as the court of first instance unless another venue or arbitration has been agreed in writing.

Specific accepted quotations, order confirmations or written agreements take precedence where they expressly differ from these general terms.
