Retailer App FAQ
The This Found retailer experience is available on iPhone and Android. The same approved retailer account follows you between the app and the B2B website.
Approved retailer accounts can sign in. Staff buyers created by the main customer account can also use their own login, while access remains limited to the company and assortment connected to that account.
Open Shoot It, take photos, choose images from the library, or add a PDF. A batch can contain up to 12 files. MAUDE reads visible product information, matches it against the approved catalogue and prepares suggestions for review.
No. Photo suggestions must be reviewed by a person. Only the products and quantities you select are moved into Cart, and the final order is not submitted until you complete the normal review.
Open Scan It and point the camera at the barcode. The app checks the downloaded catalogue and, when online, can also confirm the match with MAUDE. Retailer users review the product and pack quantity before adding it. If no match is found, catalogue search opens.
The working Cart is a draft. You can name it, change quantities, remove products and save it. Drafts stored on the device sync to MAUDE when a connection is available and can be reopened from Drafts and Orders.
The downloaded catalogue and active drafts remain available offline. Photos can be saved securely on the device, and scanner matching can use the downloaded catalogue. Photo analysis, server confirmation and final submission continue when the connection returns.
Yes. The main customer account can add staff buyers with individual email and password access. They order within the same company scope, and each order records the buyer name and email for the main account.
They come from MAUDE and the retailer account. The app does not invent prices, assortments, pack sizes or minimum quantities; it applies the commercial rules connected to the store and market.
Yes. Reorder starts a reviewable draft based on the earlier order. You can adjust the lines before continuing, and it never creates a final order without review.
