Terms of Use

These terms describe the basic rules for using Maude and MAUDEX websites, digital showroom pages and related product experiences. By using the site or service, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.

Customers and invited users are responsible for keeping account access secure. Do not share login details with unauthorized users. Tenant owners are responsible for deciding who can view, upload, approve or download content in their workspace.

Customers remain responsible for the brand assets, product information, creator submissions and other content they upload, publish or share through the service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

Maude may improve, change or remove features over time. We aim to keep the service stable and useful, but cannot guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.

Paid plans, trials, checkout and billing may be handled through Stripe or another payment provider. Plan limits, pricing and features may vary by product and market.

Do not use the service to host illegal content, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, distribute malware or misuse creator/partner information.
