Maude provides digital showroom, marketing site, creator workflow and B2B tools for brands and teams. MAUDEX is part of the Maude suite and is used to present, share and manage brand assets, launch material, creator submissions and partner downloads.

Depending on how you use the service, we may process contact information, account information, workspace settings, uploaded brand assets, creator submissions, support messages, analytics choices and technical information needed to keep the service secure.

We use information to provide the service, manage access, support customers, improve product reliability, process checkout, prevent abuse and communicate about relevant account or product matters.

Brand assets, showroom files and creator submissions belong to the relevant tenant or customer workspace. We do not treat customer-uploaded material as public unless the tenant publishes or shares it through its own showroom settings.

Where GDPR applies, processing may be based on contract, legitimate interest, consent or legal obligation depending on the context. Optional analytics or marketing cookies should only run according to the visitor’s cookie choices.

Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes or maintain security. Customers may request deletion or export where applicable.
